in which I tell the weather to go [bleeeeep] itself

OK, I apologize for the crassness of this post. But I simply cannot take it anymore.

Please enjoy this, my photo essay on last night's snowstorm, which dumped yet another 12+ inches on my fair state.
Because, you know, the storm we had 24 hours prior to that wasn't enough for this week.
Rumor has it, there's another one coming on Monday.

As you can see, even Jimmy is over it.

So, snow, go [bleeeeep] yourself. I am offically breaking up with you.

It's as if the snow is flipping you off in return.

I shouldn't laugh at your woe but I'm giggling a little bit lol. I'm sorry, Amanda. That looks like it sucks :(

Let me add to your lovely essay with this poem:

Fuck the Snow:

Fuck the Snow
All Piled up
In which we spin our tires
And Can't see around so we
Nose out and then of course
We are in the fucking intersection
Which basically defeats the purpose of stopping
Anyway, and now, I note,
Because I stopped,
My fucking tires are
Spinning again,
In the intersection and
What's that I see?
A Nissan Sentra
Coming this way.
Let's all have
T-bone
For dinner.

Now I can totally understand, sort of. Finally got out of Rhosse Island. AHd a panic attack driving in the snow and shoveling the rental car out of a foot to get back to the airport to be delayed 5hours. So sorry you have to endure this EVERY winter. I'll stop bitching about California now, and I won't tell you it's 80 degrees today.

Buwahahahaha! I am LOLing for real. Would you hate me if I told you I'm jealous? I would, in .257 seconds trade places with you. I miss snowstorms and enormous drifts.
I must tell you, though, that the pic of you with the sardonic bird held aloft made me cackle.
Fear not, friend, the groundhog did NOT see his shadow, so old wives say that spring is right around the corner…..
